Evidence of Self-Defense Presented – Grand Jury Refused to Indict

Our client was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault after he was accosted and threatened. Subsequently our client shot at the aggressor in his vehicle.  The Issa Law Firm investigated the case thoroughly and presented evidence to the District Attorney that the alleged victim was the initial aggressor and the Defendant was justified in defending himself.  All of this evidence was presented to the Grand Jury, and they refused to indict Defendant.
