Sean O’Sullivan was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Upon graduating from Bishop Kenny High School, Sean attended Florida State University, where he completed a double major en route to earning his bachelor’s degree. Sean then went on to earn a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law before returning to Jacksonville to begin his legal career.

Sean started his career working for a statewide insurance defense firm, and his practice focused on defending insurance companies and their policyholders against personal injury claims, including cases involving automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death actions. As a result, Sean gained invaluable insight into how big insurance companies operate, from pre suit negotiations all the way to litigation and trial.

After spending over three years defending big insurance, Sean began practicing personal injury law in 2016. Now he exclusively helps those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Sean strives to be compassionate and is committed to providing clear communication with an aim toward achieving maximum and—most importantly—just compensation for all of his clients.

In addition to helping injured individuals and their families, Sean enjoys golfing and cheering on the Seminoles and Jaguars. Most importantly, Sean loves being with his own family. He and his wife, Kimberly, have three sons, including identical twins.
